Arborite AG-NT helps keep valuable nitrogen in your crops’ soil by inhibiting the activity of
the urease enzyme, thereby decreasing potential nitrogen loss from volatility. Arborite AG-NT
helps to maximize availability of applied nitro-gen that can assist in ensuring your nitrogen
investment.
Arborite AG-NT contains the active ingredient NBPT. Otherwise known as N-(n-butyl)

been one of the most effective inhibitors available in the last 25 years.
What makes Arborite AG-NT unique is its Nitrolock Technology, a patented, proprietary
technology exclusively licensed to Gavilon Fertilizer. It dissolves the active ingredient NBPT
into a patented solvent system that coats the urea granule or mixes with urea ammonium
nitrate (UAN) solutions to protect against the loss of nitrogen in the form of ammonia gas,
known as volatilisation.

Application Flexibility
Improved viscosity characteristics
enhance coating even into -3°C
Operator friendly; low-odor formula
compared to competing products
Fast-drying formula improves blend
times
Nitrogen remains immediately
available to the plant for a longer time
Does not contain any known
carcinogens
Although the product will not freeze
or form crystals in extreme cold,
storage conditions below -6°C should
be avoided
Reduced ammonia emissions are
environmentally friendly
* Based upon typical nitrogen volatilisation of ammonia upon contact with common urease enzymes found in all soils under certain conditions within first 72 hours of application. Consult
your microSource or Gavilon Fertilizer representative to find out if Arborite AG with Nitrolock Technology is right for you.
