Technologies have new ideas and
innovations, making us bigger and
better than before.
For 17 years DFM Technologies (previous-
ly DFM Software Solutions) has devoted
itself to assisting producers around South
Africa to make farming easier by focusing
on technology and software that save time,
money and resources for our clients.
DFM offers a variety of products, including
the DFM mini weather station where you
are able to measure temperature and hu-
midity. A rain gauge can be added to be able
to gather information on rainfall as well.
Our very famous soil moisture probes,
which come in different sizes, assist pro-
ducers to see what the eye cannot see un-
derneath the ground where their crops are
planted.
Of the exciting projects soon to be complet-
ed, is the Probe Utilities app which will al-
low our clients to monitor the data from the
probes on their cell phones wherever they
are – as long as they have internet access.
This will make it more convenient for farm
managers to keep an eye on what is hap-
pening on their farms, keeping them up to
date with live feed that will soon be avail-
able to them. Farming with pinpoint preci-
sion is what we aim to do.
