11 Oct 2011Opec Secretary General Abdullah al-Badri said on Tuesday the global oil market was balanced and it was too early to say if the producer group would need to change policy when it meets in December.
"The market is very comfortable to us," Badri told reporters in London, adding "The market is balanced and everything looks fine."
He added it was too early to say whether Opec needed to change policy when it meets in December.
