10 Aug 2012SOUTH Africa’s increased grain exports mostly to the Unites States are expected to continue putting pressure on local prices with fears abounding that the country could have exported more than its surplus.
The US is facing its worst drought in over half a century and has to import large amounts of grain to cover the shortfall.
