Photo competition
Thanks for the
colourful photos
T
he new photo competition with the theme ‘agriculture in full
colour’ started on a particularly high note with a great variety
of entries. We are very excited about all the new entries.
Why is colour important?
According to the photographer Mitchell Kanashkevich colour can
help to tell us stories (visually) and it can be used to communicate on
an emotional level. Colour is the primary factor responsible for mak-
ing a photo feel exciting, lively, mysterious or perhaps melancholic
or a little sombre. The judges look forward to all the creative photos
over the next few months portraying the new ‘colour’ theme.
