Sew-Rite International was established in South Africa in
1969 as an importer and distributor of quality bag sewing
and sealing equipment. Our success is based on building
a long-term relationship with our customers, some of whom
we have been doing business with since the 1970s.
It is our interest in these relationships, rather than simply
a one-time sale of machinery, that has allowed us to reach the posi-
tion of being leaders in the bag closing industry of Southern Africa.
We have a truly dedicated team of staff members with a com-
bined knowledge about our industry of over 150 years. We can sup-
ply standard equipment or design an innovative system to suit your
needs and budget. From sewing and sealing bags of paper, jute,
woven polypropylene to plastic – we can help.
Sew-Rite International has its head office in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal
and a branch in Kroonstad, Free State. Both branches include sales
and workshop departments. Our full range of products include poly-
ester sewing thread, band sealers, hot air sealers, pallet wrappers
and bag stitching machines. We also supply all replacement spare
parts for Newlong, Union Special and Fischbein machines.
